• To receive a certificate of completion or to apply for certification with the OGA you must hold a Bachelor's Degree.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining your account’s security and accuracy.

• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to safeguard your login credentials. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

3. Course Access & Certification

Purchasing a course grants personal, non-commercial access. Certification is awarded upon completion.

• We may revoke access or certification for misconduct, plagiarism, or failure to meet course requirements.

4. Payments & Refunds

All sales are final unless specified in our Refund Policy.

• Refunds are available only under conditions outlined in our [Refund Policy]([insert link]).

5. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by RIE Training or our licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly display any materials without permission. This includes videos, PDFs, graphics, and brand assets. Violations may result in legal action or removal of access.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, professional learning environment.

• You agree not to harass others, plagiarize, cheat, or share course materials outside your account.
• Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for meeting technical requirements to access course content.

• We recommend using a modern browser and reliable internet connection. We are not liable for user-side technical issues.

8. Modifications to the Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the platform or courses.

• We may make changes to features, course materials, or availability without prior notice.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of FL, Polk County

• If a dispute arises, both parties agree to resolve it informally first. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Lakeland, Florida.

You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
