Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital training content, all purchases are non-refundable by default.
- When you enroll in a course, you gain access to proprietary content and resources. As a result, all sales are considered final unless specific conditions are met under our limited refund terms.
2. Limited Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund if your request meets all of the following criteria:
- The refund is requested prior to the first day of training/coursework
- The request includes a clear reason and identifying details.
To request a refund, email support@rietraining.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide all necessary details. Approval is not guaranteed and is determined at our sole discretion.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your data—ever.
We only share information with trusted service providers as necessary to operate our services, including:
- WAVE for secure payment processing
- Email platforms for course delivery and notifications
- Google Analytics for usage tracking and performance optimization
All third-party services are contractually required to protect your data and comply with relevant privacy laws.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under any of the following conditions:
- Your course materials have already been printed and shipped to you.
- You changed your mind, lost interest, or forgot to use the course
- You violated our Terms of Service
“We do not provide refunds for full or partial course completion or loss of access due to user misconduct.”
4. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via check minus that cost of transactional credit card fees if you paid by card.
